Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to ensure system uptime and security.
- Conduct routine system updates, patches, and virus scans.
- Mentor junior staff members and provide feedback on service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends.
