Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive research and analysis of emerging technologies, socio-economic trends, and global megatrends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies and product development pipelines
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through executive presentations and thought leadership publications
- Oversee the creation of 'Future Labs' to prototype and test emerging concepts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic plans with measurable outcomes
