Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption and societal transformation
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on emerging technology impacts
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with Delphi method and cross-impact matrix techniques
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
