Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with quantum/AI specialization
- Proven track record in futuristic tech R&D
- PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in AI ethics or sustainable computing
- Certification in quantum machine learning
- Experience with NASA/DoD tech partnerships
