Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop error correction protocols achieving fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization for finance, logistics, and drug discovery
- Establish quantum security frameworks for enterprise applications
- Drive R&D initiatives toward quantum advantage milestones by 2026
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Publish breakthrough research in leading scientific journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years of quantum computing architecture or algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in quantum computing or equivalent industry impact
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex R&D projects
