Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026+ product innovation and market expansion
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for future disruptions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight into executable business strategies
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging technologies and societal shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic insights into business outcomes
- Strong background in at least one emerging tech domain (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with data visualization tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
