Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional foresight initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies with 2026 market impact
- Develop strategic frameworks for adoption of disruptive innovations including quantum computing and neuro-interfaces
- Produce actionable scenario analyses for geopolitical, environmental, and technological disruption scenarios
- Partner with product teams to translate future visions into commercial roadmaps and MVPs
- Establish thought leadership through executive briefings, industry publications, and keynote presentations
- Manage a global network of futurists, academic institutions, and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic technology roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, and spatial computing
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and stakeholder management expertise
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
