Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for quantum computing adoption and regulatory frameworks
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize breakthrough biotech applications
- Produce trend intelligence reports for C-suite decision-making
- Establish innovation roadmaps for sustainable tech integration
- Represent company at global futurism summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on innovation strategy
- Strong network of relationships with academic research institutions
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS)
