- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with commercial potential
- Produce high-impact strategic briefs and white papers for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to track breakthrough developments
- Design and implement KPI systems to measure foresight accuracy and strategic alignment
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership with demonstrated impact on long-term planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical discipline
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
