Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D and product teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive briefings and publish thought leadership in industry forums
- Manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market potential and ROI for emerging technologies
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for responsible deployment of future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complexity to stakeholders
