Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight methodologies to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership positioning Horizon as a future-shaping authority
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into R&D pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee development of scenario-planning models for 2026 market evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities with data-driven decision-making
- Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
