Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to align R&D investments with long-term strategic vision
- Develop rapid prototyping frameworks for futuristic concepts using cutting-edge tools
- Present disruptive innovations to global stakeholders and industry thought leaders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in R&D, innovation strategy, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record delivering at least 3 market-shattering innovations
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum systems, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused speculative projects or publications
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent strategic foresight training
