Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Model Development: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, validation, and deployment.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating new methodologies (e.g., Transformers, GNNs) to enhance our product capabilities.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model inference latency and accuracy to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX) and SQL. Strong understanding of distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on producing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
