Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for our 2026 AI roadmaps, focusing on generative AI and quantum-ready architectures.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in designing scalable machine learning pipelines and data warehouses.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, ensuring our systems remain future-proof.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly experiences.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance across the organization.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
