Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and societal shifts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026 market positioning
- Lead innovation sprints translating future insights into actionable business opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Mentor junior futurists and drive foresight literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of translating future insights into successful business initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging technology assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic innovations
