Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and environmental domains to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario models for 2026+ planning cycles
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Author executive reports and presentations on emerging market shifts and competitive threats
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness metrics across organizational functions
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and quantitative/qualitative trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market dynamics
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
