Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Produce trend intelligence reports with quantitative and qualitative forecasting models
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders and boards
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing foresight methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) preferred
