Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-cultural shifts, and market signals to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Design and lead innovation incubation programs for future-facing products and services
- Develop strategic roadmaps for C-suite clients, translating foresight into actionable business plans
- Facilitate high-stakes workshops with Fortune 500 executives on scenario planning and future readiness
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, TED-style talks) positioning our brand as the future authority
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leader (minimum 3 industry-recognized publications)
