Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, market trends, and global shifts to inform strategic planning.
- Develop and present detailed future scenarios and strategic recommendations for 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate foresight into product development and business operations.
- Build and maintain a network of thought leaders, industry experts, and innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to build organizational capacity for strategic foresight.
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations that communicate complex future insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and adapt as necessary.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies in a corporate or startup environment.
- Exceptional analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate future scenarios to diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of technology trends, including AI, biotechnology, and sustainable energy.
- Experience with foresight methodologies such as scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis.
