Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across quantum, AI, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research labs and industry disruptors
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market shifts to inform R&D priorities
- Create impact assessments for sustainability and ethical compliance frameworks
- Present innovation strategies to investors and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or tech consulting
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology roadmapping tools
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and innovation methodologies
