Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop innovation roadmaps and strategic frameworks for enterprise clients adopting quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications on ethical AI governance and sustainable tech adoption
- Manage a portfolio of R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and startups
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, and climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership on 2030+ technology impacts (white papers, TED Talks, etc.)
- Experience building cross-functional innovation teams and scaling experimental initiatives
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes for 2026
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
