- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author high-impact thought leadership and trend reports for executive audiences
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of developing future-proof business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (required)
