Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar investment decisions and product roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from 50+ global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive trends with 3-5 year impact windows
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Vision' workshops with engineering, design, and product teams
- Author quarterly white papers on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Build and manage a network of 100+ futurists, scientists, and startup founders
- Translate complex foresight into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at top-tier futurist conferences (e.g., Davos, Singularity Summit)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in foresight, strategy consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging tech trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend impact analysis, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
