Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions with engineering and design teams

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology skills
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
