Responsibilities

- Develop ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Partner with MIT/Stanford on quantum-resistant cryptography protocols
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with hardware and bio-engineering teams
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos and Web3.0 summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent with 7+ years of frontier tech experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in federated learning and zero-knowledge proofs
- Proven track record scaling systems to exabyte-scale with <5ms latency
- Patent portfolio in quantum error correction or neuromorphic computing
- Fluency in Rust, Q#, and tensor calculus
