- Establish partnerships with academic labs and innovation accelerators
- Drive the integration of foresight methodologies into product development lifecycles
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's future-readiness capabilities
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise strategy
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
