Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic foresight framework
- Analyze emerging technologies and socio-economic trends for competitive advantage
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present trend analyses to stakeholders and industry panels
- Build and manage a global futurist network
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or Engineering
- Published research on AI or biotech disruption
- Experience with scenario modeling tools (e.g., GBN, Delphi)
- Track record of influencing C-level strategy
- Certification in Futurist methodologies preferred
