Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology adoption frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Author annual 'Tech Horizon 2026' report predicting industry disruption patterns
- Design and execute experimental labs testing next-gen human-AI symbiosis systems
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and incubate 2026-era startups
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for exponential technology forecasting
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Future Leaders' program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Cognitive Science, or Complex Systems
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology roles at top-tier firms
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, STEEP analysis)
- Demonstrated success launching at least two 2025+ technology initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential growth curves and singularity theory
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
- Validated track record influencing multi-billion dollar tech roadmaps
