- Drive partnerships with NASA, CERN, and MIT on quantum-AI convergence projects
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos and TED conferences to shape global tech policy
- Oversee $50M+ R&D budget allocation for 2026 innovation pipeline
- Mentor PhD fellows in AI ethics and computational neuroscience
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum machine learning algorithms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum AI, Computational Neuroscience, or equivalent field with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or neural interfaces
- Proven track record of scaling AI teams from 5 to 500+ engineers
- Expertise in tensor processing units and quantum annealing hardware
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, IEEE 7000, and emerging ethical frameworks
- Portfolio of commercialized AI products with >$1B market impact
