Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum-secure communications and autonomous systems
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for the board of directors on emerging tech disruption vectors
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford HAI, and other future-focused research institutions
- Architect the company's 2026 sustainability tech portfolio targeting carbon-negative operations
- Mentor a team of 12 futurist researchers using our proprietary FutureCast methodology
- Present at Davos, TED, and CES to position FutureVision as the 2026 thought leader
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futures research or innovation architecture
- PhD in Systems Engineering, Computational Theory, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published author in Journal of Futures Studies or equivalent peer-reviewed publications
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption within ±2% accuracy (provide case studies)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and climate tech convergence
- Fluency in Python, R, and predictive modeling platforms like Palantir or Tableau
- Security clearance eligibility for classified government innovation partnerships
