Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize 2026 strategic opportunities
- Develop trend-scanning frameworks for AI, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Create scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Present quarterly foresight briefings to executive leadership and investors
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists and domain experts
- Author the annual 'Horizon 2026' strategic whitepaper
- Integrate future-proofing principles into product development pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of embedding future trends into organizational strategy
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD, APF)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
