Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological and societal trends through 2030
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-ready frameworks into organizational DNA
- Pioneer human-AI symbiosis protocols for next-generation workforce transformation
- Author industry-defining white papers and thought leadership on 2026+ technological paradigms
- Manage cross-functional labs prototyping decentralized autonomous systems
- Drive patent development for breakthrough methodologies in predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Sociology
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (minimum 3 unicorn-scale exits)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning, neuro-symbolic AI, and synthetic biology
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or MIT Tech Review)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, or Julia preferred)
