- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at quantum computing conferences
- Collaborate with AI development teams to hybridize quantum-classical computing workflows
- Mentor PhD researchers and establish patent portfolios for quantum innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conference proceedings
- Expertise in quantum error correction, fault tolerance, and quantum hardware architecture
- Track record of securing government research grants or corporate R&D funding
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-disciplinary research teams
