- Develop 5-year strategic vision documents aligned with organizational goals for 2026
- Lead innovation workshops and scenario planning sessions with executive teams
- Author white papers and industry reports on future technology implications
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior innovation specialists on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend mapping
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
