Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Lead the development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous AI agents.
- Define the technical strategy and roadmap for our 2026 product vision.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and evaluate new technologies for implementation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, RAG architectures, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in system design, data structures, and algorithm optimization.
