Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive Technology Vision and Roadmap for 2026, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead Research and Development (R&D) initiatives focusing on high-impact emerging technologies.
- Identify and evaluate new technology trends, assessing their potential for integration into current product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of future-tech features.
- Manage a team of visionary engineers and data scientists to drive innovation.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology leadership.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Experience managing budgets and resources for large-scale technical projects.
