Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications from conception to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot complex issues in both development and production environments.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Deep experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Expertise in back-end technologies, preferably Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced agile environment.
