Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including cloud and hybrid systems
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system migrations
- Document processes and create technical documentation for team knowledge base
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration with enterprise environments

- Certification in CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent security credential
- Proven experience with Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and automation tools
