Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure workstations, printers, and mobile devices
- Document ticket resolutions in ITSM systems with precision
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Conduct user training sessions on new software implementations
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage software licensing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Pro)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with operating systems: Windows 10/11 and macOS
