Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to best coding standards and architectural patterns.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster team growth.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the technical roadmap and innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Familiarity with database technologies like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced agile environment.
