Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Lead code reviews and architectural decisions to ensure system stability and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Optimize application performance and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack technologies.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong proficiency with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
