Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Architect and optimize database systems to ensure high performance and data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
