Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a collaborative code culture.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture planning to post-launch maintenance.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend best practices for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
