Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop robust, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Optimization: Analyze application performance and implement strategies to improve speed, responsiveness, and overall user satisfaction.
- System Architecture: Design microservices and RESTful APIs that support high availability and seamless integration with third-party systems.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and HTML5, CSS3.
- Backend: Strong experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Databases: Deep understanding of database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and SQL.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
