Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end development of high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Optimize application performance, database scalability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.
- CI/CD Implementation: Implement and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL.
- Cloud Knowledge: Experience with AWS or Azure is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a hybrid or office environment as needed.
