Responsibilities
- Monitor system health and performance across the network during night hours.
- Resolve technical tickets and support requests escalated from day operations.
- Perform scheduled system backups and security patch updates.
- Ensure all helpdesk tickets are logged and closed within SLA.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to prepare for the day.
- Maintain a clean and organized server room and workspace.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or System Administration.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS environments.
- Excellent communication skills for remote support.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
