Role Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be the architect behind our flagship products. You will bridge the gap between server-side logic and client-side interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust system performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to define feature requirements.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions in real-time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of proven experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
- Deep understanding of backend technologies including Node.js, Express, or Django.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
