Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js/Python).
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions across devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development with a strong focus on React and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
