Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- System Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal load times and responsiveness across devices.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, provide technical leadership, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- API Development: Design and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Testing: Implement automated testing strategies (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure product reliability and stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Language: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologies.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
