Role Overview:
The Senior Full Stack Developer will take ownership of the full software development lifecycle. You will design scalable applications, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve bugs and technical issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
